1. Company Information

The website undressher.net (the "Site") is owned and operated by UNDR GROUP LIMITED, a company registered in Belize under registration number 000053473, with its registered office at New Horizon Building, Ground Floor, 3 Miles Philip S.W. Goldson Highway, Belize City, Belize. Throughout these Terms this entity is referred to as the "Company", "we", "us", or "our".

2. Description of Service

Undressher.net is an online platform that uses artificial intelligence to produce adult-themed imagery. Users interact with our generation engine and adjust parameters such as apparent age (18+ only), body characteristics, and output quality. Full responsibility for every generated image lies with the user who requested it. In addition, the Site offers curated model content available for one-time purchase, with all transactions handled by reputable third-party payment processors. We do not retain, review, or monitor uploaded photographs or generated outputs.

3. Usage Restrictions

By accessing the Site, you represent — on your own behalf and on behalf of any person you act for — that you will not:

• modify, duplicate, create derivative works of, decompile, or reverse-engineer any software or materials found on the Site;
• strip or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings;
• redistribute, resell, or mirror any Site content on any external server;
• deliberately or carelessly interfere with, overload, or damage our networks or the infrastructure supporting our services;
• use the Site to transmit harassing, obscene, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful material;
• use the Site in any manner that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
• use the Site to distribute unsolicited advertising, spam, or bulk messaging;
• scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users without their consent;
• use the Site in ways that violate the privacy, intellectual property, or other rights of any third party.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights in the code, design elements, graphics, and other materials that make up the Site belong to Undressher.net or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download one copy of these materials for personal, non-commercial, temporary use only.

This licence is not a transfer of ownership. It ends automatically the moment you breach any of these restrictions and may also be revoked by us at any time and for any reason.

5. User-Generated Content

Undressher.net accepts no liability whatsoever for content that users generate through our tools. Our generation engine lets users compose images by selecting parameters such as age (18+), body type, and output quality. We do not store, monitor, or claim any interest in the resulting images. The user who generates a given image owns it outright and is solely responsible for how it is used, shared, or distributed, and for every consequence that may follow.

6. Age Requirements and User Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to access any part of the Site. By using our services, you confirm that this age requirement is met.

We rely on users to act responsibly with the tools we provide. You must not generate images depicting real individuals without their explicit, documented consent, and you must not generate any image of a minor under any circumstances. Any attempt to use our services to violate another person's rights, break the law, or carry out prohibited conduct will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate action.

7. Purchases and Payment Methods

Every purchase on Undressher.net is a one-time transaction. We do not offer subscriptions that renew automatically, recurring charges, or silent rebills. Credits are issued exclusively for the specific package you buy and are not replenished unless you make a further purchase. All payments are handled by trusted third-party processors — we neither see nor keep your card details or payment credentials.

Our credit model is deliberately simple: 1 credit (or token) = 1 generated image. This ratio applies uniformly across every plan and package.

8. Access Plans

We sell fixed-duration access plans as one-time purchases covering the stated period. There is no auto-renewal, no recurring billing, and no automatic rebill; if you wish to continue after the paid period ends, you must make a new purchase. Availability and pricing may differ depending on the country from which the transaction originates. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards, Pay by Bank, PayPal, region-specific alternatives, and cryptocurrency.

The fixed-duration plans currently offered are:

• Annual Access Plan
• Six-Month Access Plan
• Three-Month Access Plan
• One-Month Access Plan

None of these plans renews automatically. Continued access after the paid term always requires a fresh purchase.

• Flexible Tiers: Token packs come in a range of sizes so you can match volume to actual need.
• Instant Crediting: Purchased tokens appear in your account as soon as the payment provider confirms the transaction.
• No Expiration: Tokens bought as standalone packs never expire and remain in your balance until used.
• Cumulative Balance: Pack tokens stack with any tokens included in your active access plan and can be spent in any order.

11. Cancellation

Details of your active access period — including start date, end date, and plan type — are visible in your account under the Profile section. Because every plan is a one-time purchase without auto-renewal, there is nothing to "cancel" in the recurring-subscription sense. Your access simply ends when the paid period expires.

12. Managing Your Plan

• Plan Details: Start date, end date, and plan type are shown under the "Profile" icon inside your account.
• Switching Plans: To move to a different plan, purchase the desired plan directly; it applies for its stated duration. We do not run automatic upgrade or downgrade cycles.
• No Auto-Renewal: No plan renews on its own. Continuing after the paid period requires an intentional new purchase.
• Repurchase: You may buy access again at any time to regain or extend premium features. Tokens included in a prior paid period do not roll over unless they were purchased as non-expiring token packs.

13. Tokens and How They Expire

Tokens bundled with an access plan must be used inside that plan's paid window and expire when the window closes. Bundled tokens do not carry over and are not refundable once the access period ends. Tokens purchased as standalone packs are separate — they never expire and remain available until fully consumed.

If you file a chargeback with your bank or card issuer against any payment made on the Site, access to the paid features and any tokens remaining from the disputed payment will be revoked at the moment the chargeback is initiated.

16. Dispute Handling Process

• Investigation: When a dispute is received, we examine the transaction record in detail.
• Resolution: If our internal review finds the dispute valid, we accept it and funds are returned in accordance with the timeline set by your bank or card issuer.
• Contested Cases: If we consider the dispute invalid, we submit evidence supporting the original transaction to the financial institution.

The full timeline for chargeback resolution is controlled by the bank or card network, not by us — we cooperate but cannot accelerate their internal review.

17. Contacting Support About Disputes

If you have a payment issue, please contact our support team first at support@undressher.net before escalating through your bank. We aim to resolve every issue by direct communication whenever possible.

When you submit a complaint, please include:

• the email address linked to your account;
• a clear description of the problem, with date and time of the incident;
• any supporting screenshots or documentation.

We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours by email. If the matter cannot be resolved through this channel, further action will proceed under the laws applicable to our services.

18. Immediate Revocation Upon Refund

If a purchase is refunded, access tied to that purchase ends the moment the refund is processed, and any tokens that were part of that purchase are simultaneously removed from your account.

19. Liability

The Site and every material on it are provided strictly on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Undressher.net disclaims every warranty, whether express or implied, including — without limitation — implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or trade usage.

In no case shall Undressher.net or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered by you or by any third party arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or its materials, even where we have been warned in advance — orally or in writing — of the possibility of such loss.

For the purposes of these Terms, "consequential loss" covers indirect loss, actual or anticipated loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of savings, loss of reputation, loss of use, and any loss or corruption of data — arising under contract, tort (including negligence), statute, equity, indemnity, or any other legal theory.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of implied warranties or of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so parts of the above may not apply to you.

The information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and is not comprehensive. Undressher.net makes no representation as to the accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of any material on the Site or of anything reachable through links from the Site. You should not treat any of this material as a substitute for independent verification, and you are solely responsible for any decision you base on it. We may change any information on the Site at any time without notice; monitoring those changes is your responsibility. Historical or archived content is retained for reference only.

The Site may integrate with third-party tools we do not control. Any such tool is offered on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind and without any implied endorsement by us. We accept no liability for your use of third-party tools, and we recommend that you read each provider's own terms before engaging. We reserve the right to introduce additional third-party tools at any time.

Undressher.net has not audited every website we link to and takes no responsibility for the content of any external site. The presence of a link does not imply endorsement or control. If you follow an external link, you do so at your own risk and should assess the target site's suitability yourself.

24. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Undressher.net and its parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees against every claim, loss, damage, liability, or demand — including reasonable legal fees — that a third party asserts arising out of:

1. your contributions and generated content;
2. your use of the Site;
3. your breach of these Terms;
4. any inaccuracy in the representations and warranties you make under these Terms;
5. your violation of a third party's rights, including intellectual-property rights;
6. any harmful conduct directed at another user of the Site.

We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to your indemnification, and you agree to cooperate in that defence. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim once we become aware of it.

25. Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, and terminate these Terms, immediately upon written notice if you breach any provision of these Terms.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found wholly or partly invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed to the extent of its invalidity or unenforceability. The remainder of the Terms continues in full effect.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms — together with any policies or operating rules we publish on the Site — constitute the entire agreement between you and Undressher.net regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any earlier agreements on the same subject matter. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If any provision is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it is deemed severable and does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and us. You agree that these Terms will not be interpreted against us on the basis that we drafted them, and you waive any defence based on their electronic form or the absence of physical signatures.

28. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for any dispute arising out of or connected with these Terms.
